Watkins Architect Creates Brochure Pertaining To Municipal Building Services
Leading architecture firm details their experience in municipal building design, along with information and pictures, in their new brochure.
April 19, 2017 ( datsyn.com) – Watkins Architect, a Fleetwood-based architecture and design firm serving clients in a variety of industries throughout the greater Pennsylvania area, has published a brochure outlining the services it offers related to the design and construction of municipal buildings. Watkins Architect begins the brochure explaining their municipal building services by providing pictures of some of their recent municipal building projects in Pennsylvania. The Tilden Township Municipal Building & Police Department in Hamburg, the Caernarvon Township Municipal Building in Morgantown and the Chalfont Township Fire Company in Chalfont are all featured with images in the brochure. The company also lists nearly a dozen other municipal projects it has had a hand in designing, including interior renovations for the Fleetwood Fire Company and a new municipal building for Upper Salford Township.
For those reading the brochure who may be interested in potentially partnering with Watkins Architect on a municipal building project, the company explains the initial steps in the process. “We would be happy to send you additional information, or to sit down with you to discuss your architectural needs,” writes Watkins, addressing potential clients. They continue, “We provide initial consultations and proposals at no charge so that you may get familiar with our firm. We look forward to getting to know you!”
The brochure goes on to briefly describe the firm’s history and list the specific services they offer, including project planning, site selection & analysis, architectural design and local & state code approval, among many other steps at the different phases of a municipal building project.
A testimonial from a municipal building client, the Board of Supervisors Chairman for Tilden Township in Hamburg, is also included in the information. He writes that “Watkins’ efforts helped Tilden Township immeasurably in bringing the most affordable and beneficial plans for our new building.” The brochure is available for download in PDF form on the company’s website, at www.watkinsarchitect.com/pdf/Municipal2012.pdf
Beyond the brochure describing Watkins Architect’s work on municipal buildings, the architecture firm has published similar brochures detailing their work with residential buildings, religious buildings, educational buildings and community buildings, respectively. Each lists examples of the services the company offers, examples of past projects and client testimonials.
