Three Technicians Certified Among the Best in the Nation for Print Management Expertise

David Carlisle, Rodney Smith Sr., and Lance Dunavant were each awarded a Ricoh Prestige Level 2 Certification, which is the highest level of certification for service engineers in Ricoh’s Service Excellence program. Idealliance also designated Dunavant a G7 Expert, which is the organization’s highest level of certification in color management, process, and quality control for proofing and printing equipment. With his certification, Dunavant has become the only G7 Expert in the state of Arkansas.
